Performs structural analysis of direct drive generator components for their structural integrity, and proposes a design solution based on FEA simulations. : As a Vibration and measurement Analyst, in this role, you will: Performs structural analysis of direct drive generator components for their structural integrity, and proposes a design solution based on FEA simulations. Responsible for the static and dynamic structural analysis including but not limited to linear and nonlinear, load path, Modal analysis, Harmonic Analysis, and vibro-acoustics using both analytical and simulation techniques. Develop V&V plans for generator performance tests, Carry out experimental validation of generator components through GPT, PT, and windfarm test data (structural, vibration testing, and measurements), and also validate with FEA simulation. Develop methods and approach to analyze simulation and test data using advanced signal processing techniques (MATLAB/ Python). Contributes to the development of structural simulation methodologies and tools. What do you need to qualify for this job Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical / Structural / Aerospace engineering ( Total experience: 6-10 years) Minimum 6 years experience in Vibration analysis of large and complex mechanical systems (e.g. Turbo machinery or Heavy Machinery) using Ansys Workbench/APDL. Intermediate-level expertise in Ansys APDL, Ansys WB, MATLAB/Python. Experience in structural design of mechanical components (large castings, welded structures, and forged components).
