Principal Duties & Responsibilities (VFX-GFX Artist)

Create storyboards and initial design concepts for our clients.
Create animated sequences for our video training.
Create layouts, icons, info-graphics etc.
Create reusable media and templates to avoid duplication of effort.
Continually ensure that the level of design created is consistently produced at a very high level.
Participate in team meetings and daily scrums.
Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.
Continually research and learn new design software and methods to keep up-to-date with industry standards.
Participate in \xe2\x80\x9cLunch & Learns\xe2\x80\x9d to continue to advance creative skills and industry knowledge.
Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, and demonstrating respect for others.
Mentor new team members and conduct peer reviews as required.
