Job Description

KRAs -1.Responsible for handling the Company's delivery rider recruitment business, end to end, fromsourcing to placements to activation to billing etc.2.Launch new sources of recruitment including field sourcing. Conducting field operations forsourcing riders at different locations of the cities targeted for recruitment.3.Manage call center for calling on leads of interested candidates applying for delivery rider roles.4.Contracting sourcing partners, vendors & freelancers in the organization for providing deliveryrider workforce to our clients.5.The candidate will assist the management in developing operations strategy for effectivelyscaling the sourcing capabilities of the Delivery Riders.6.The candidate will be responsible for building team below him/her, including finding and hiringthe right candidates and help them to source and achieve recruitment targets.7.Be involved in conducting bulk hiring drives of delivery riders.8.Create new sources of leads and manage/grow existing sources of leads for delivery riderrecruitment vertical.9.Liaise with digital marketing team to generate sufficient leads of delivery rider applicants tocontribute toward achievement of overall recruitment targets of the vertical.10.Generate and implement delivery rider category management strategies for the team andvertical, to generate new leads and manage their recruitments and revenues from them.11.Build automated processes of follow up with the candidate with respect to application,submission of documents, payment of joining fee, joining date, activation etc.12.Create engagement and targeting strategies among the database of delivery rider applicants,who may be requiring a new job.13.Communicates company goals, procedures & deadlines to team.14.Build team capabilities through training, answering queries of team members and offeringsolutions to their problems.KPIs -1.Achievement of recruitment targets of delivery rider workforce across our clients.2.Achieve revenue target from the clients, from the recruitment services of delivery riderworkforce provided to them.3.Generate target leads of prospective delivery rider applicants.4.Contract target number of recruitment partners to drive up the recruitment volumes.5.Achieve target activation rate among riders put into job with clients.writer.editor.GO_TO_TOP
