- Operations Manager / Sr.Project Manager - Interior Fit out Primary Skills

  • Position Summary: Lead overall organizational efforts towards Project Management and Execution. This shall be achieved through developing and implementing effective processes. The position reports to the CEO.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • He should know about Interior Project Deliverable,
  • Vendor Management
  • Sourcing,procurement & Supply Chain
  • Negotiation
  • Onboarding new vendors
  • Setting up of supplier terms & Conditions.
  • Handling the team - Procurement, BOQ,QS & Execution.
  • Project Planning is Mandatory,
  • Evaluate and improvise Project Management Framework,
  • Governance and Review Structure.
  • Ensure achievement of Budgeted Financial Parameters
  • Implement efficient work process for Procurement, Contracts and Execution of Projects,
  • Vendor, PMC and Contractor evaluation and empanelment
  • Monitor and Control Project Status with respect to Time, Cost, Quality and HSE
  • Ensure compliance of statutory regulations
  • People management, Training & Development and initiate New Projects
  • Manage Industrial and Public relations efficiently and resolve disputes.
  • Qualification: A graduate any of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineer from reputed institute, with relevant experience of minimum 07+ of years.
EXPERIENCE:
  • MANDATORY SKILLS:
Education: Degree in Civil/Architecture and post-graduation in Project Management,
  • Experience required in implementing & execution of large project in leadership roles, with strong organization development & leadership skills.
  • He must be handling a Project Team of 5 to 8 Site Engineers as well site supervisors,
  • He needed good Exposure about Project handling about 10 to 15 ongoing Projects,
  • A project management professional with 10+ years of experience in the Interior fit out industry,
  • Relevant experience of managing interior fit-out projects including residential, retail and office projects.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and Interior Materials/works/subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Experience in the Interior Design industry is a MUST,
  • Exp in project management team of the region,
  • The position will be based in Bangalore and work on projects and with teams across the South region,
  • A process driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A project management professional with 6+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience of managing interior fit-out projects including residential, retail and office projects.
  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/ Construction management.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs,
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • He must work under pressure and to work independently following reporting structure.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral, Assertive, alert, instinctive and with an innate ability to detect risks.
  • Must have managed proposals and bids.
  • Specific Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or program management framework for residential interior fit-out projects.You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the projects in the region.You will site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilitiesYou will ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.You will manage project deliverable including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations,You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and clients through the completion of the projects.Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and Company.You will also be the escalation point of contact between the Client (or his representative), and company as needed to ensuring projects are delivered on time as per planning within company quality standards.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per monthBenefits:
