Job Summary:

- This role is perfect for a self-starter willing to wear multiple hats and requires a combination of strategy, product management, and hands-on operational skills.

- The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with a deep understanding of product, business strategy and operations, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. As the CEO you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, building and leading a team, and ensuring the overall success of the business. The CEO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the co-founders.

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Reportees: COO, CFO, CTO, CPO, Lead HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Chalk out a Business plan, growth strategy along with tactical leadership for the company to meet its vision and goals.

- Fully own the P&L and Cash flow, ensuring gross, unit and EBITDA values and margins. Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.

- Understands interplay between products, service, solution, business case and operationalization for hardware and software both. Lives and breathes solutions: existing and potential, identifies both unserved and underserved needs.

- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities. Constantly tracks markets and internal clients and consumers to make best in class solutions available ahead of time.

- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies to increase the organization\'s brand recognition and market share.

- Manage and oversee all financial and operational activities to ensure organizational performance and sustainability

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in all markets where the organization operates.

- Drive creation of required ecosystem; consisting of suppliers, distributors/RSPs, and other key stakeholders.

- Retention and sector-wise new business revenues & growth. Clients, Consumers and Partners relationships and service quality.

- Build and lead an empowered team.

What we are looking for:

- B. Tech with an MBA from institutes of repute with around 15 years of experience preferably in Retail/ E Commerce / FMCG / Consumer Durables. Essentially a strategic Products person with an understanding of Business Operations.

- Deep understanding of products, category management, operations and marketing with a digital first approach. Some experience of/in supply chain is an added advantage.

- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a sharp analytical mind. Ability to grasp and understand new business concepts, and guide him/herself through difficult/ambiguous situation.

- Ability and agility to work in a start-up environment, experience working with start-ups is a plus.
