We are a mid-sized organization, that is growing and is in the midst of transitioning from a family-driven set-up to a more professional structure. We need a leader who can guide the financial systems that empower us. We\'re searching for an experienced chief financial officer who can help us transition from our legacy systems to a more transparent, process and technology-enabled team.

The CFO will help us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only will understand current accounting practices and trends but also be comfortable adapting to change and working in an unstructured environment.

Location : Delhi NCR

Package: Upto 70 LPA

Responsibilities -

- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement

- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives

- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and the rest of company

- Manage finance personnel, oversee and enhance financial IT systems to drive transparency and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities

Required skills and qualifications

- 15-20 years plus of experience in executive leadership roles

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
