About the role:

For the eCommerce Growth Consultant role, we are seeking individuals who exemplify the qualities of tenacious hustlers, adept problem solvers, and outstanding team players. Our priority lies with individuals who have made digital marketing and scaling D2C business the cornerstone of their professional journey

Responsibilities:

- Derive insights from digital advertising performance data of Velocity customers (Velocity portfolio D2C brands) to develop digital marketing strategies for enhancing brand visibility, identifying and engaging target audiences, and driving revenue growth

- Consult Velocity customers on how to grow by optimizing their listings, marketing, and operations on eCom platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, FirstCry, Meesho, etc.

- Collect feedback from Velocity customers on their growth challenges and keep adopting new tools and techniques to solve them

- Identify and leverage partnerships with eCom platforms and D2C growth enablers to help Velocity customers scale

- Develop case studies and implementation guides on the growth strategies created while consulting Velocity customers

- Work with data science, product, and tech teams to automate and productize the consultations

Other details: Individual contributor role in the start

First few problem statements:

- Review performance of a Velocity customers\' marketing campaign on eCommerce platform on various parameters such as ACOS, RoAS, CTR, etc and consult them on how to increase campaign efficiency, CVR, and lower the ad wastage

- Review journey funnels on Velocity customer\'s website using various tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Hotjar, Semrush and recommend ways to improve conversion rate, reduce abandoned cart and funnel drop offs through

- Review Velocity customers\' performance marketing on platforms such as Meta, Google on KPIs such as CPR, CAC, CPC, RoAS, etc and guide them to improve them using better targeting, budget optimization etc

Location: Our HQ in HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Process:

4 interviews: This gives you an opportunity to get to know the core team better and evaluate whether you\'d like to spend a large proportion of your day with these individuals.

Total duration: We\'ll try and fit in our entire process into a two week window on the best effort basis.

Interview content: The discussions test functional expertise, ownership levels, problem solving, communication, and team spirit. Sometimes we ask open ended hypothetical questions, other times we just talk about your approach to solving problems.

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of 3 - 7 years of Performance Marketing experience in a Marketing Agency or building a D2C Brand

- Must have prior experience in managing and scaling brands on eCom platforms including experience in launching new products on eCom platforms and optimizing product listing

- Possess a deep understanding of both organic and paid approaches to drive growth on eCom platforms

- Experience in SQL / Tableau/ google analytics is added advantage
