Position: Manager - Quality Design

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: Graduated from a premier institute

As a Quality Excellence Specialist at Vegrow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise quality processes, utilising your expertise in quality frameworks such as RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping & Blueprinting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement quality processes to enhance product quality

2. Conduct thorough analyses using tools like Six Sigma to identify areas for improvement and optimization

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

4. Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes, procedures, and standards

5. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree from a premier institute

2. 3-5 years of experience in quality design, quality assurance, or related roles

3. Strong knowledge of quality frameworks such as FMEA, blueprinting, and Six Sigma processes

4. Proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives and driving continuous improvement

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
