Manager doctor engagement
Job description :
- Promote IVF Access Concept and Business Model to Doctors(Gynecologists), Institutions within the assigned areas
- Interacting with doctors and agencies to send patients to the hospital by demonstrating & promoting the Concept to healthcare professionals like Gynecologists' and Institutions open for Sending their patients for IVF
- Developing business from leading hospitals through referring patients by meeting the doctors at regular intervals
- Leading the Business Development Vertical by proposing strategies and programs while focusing on results for the Operations goals
- Managing and coordinating on ground marketing initiatives that includes traveling to clinics often to collect feedback and maintaining regular interactions for any queries closure
- Working closely with network expansion and operations team in engaging doctors for long term relationship
- Creating presentations on targets, Sensitization to Area Response & Doctors priorities in line with IVF Access Business and Plans to enhance Business development Initiatives for regular reviews with management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility for Travel
- Ability to work in a growing and collaborative work environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
- Attend and organize conferences, webinars & meetings as per the Business needs
- Research & Gain Insights of Prospective Target base, create an individualized approach and provide timely solutions to meet customer needs
Qualification : Masters / Bachelor's degree
Experience (Indicative) : 3-8 years of progressive Business development experience and Doctor Referral marketing in Gynec specialty from Clinics and Institutions
