Develop new recipes and seasonal menus aligned with plant-based cuisine.
Source fresh ingredients and ensure all food items are 100% vegan.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
Monitor inventory, storage, and food costing.
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
Train assistant chefs or kitchen staff on vegan preparation techniques and plating.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of experience working as a Vegan Chef / Plant-Based Chef / Health Food Chef.
Strong knowledge of vegan ingredients, substitutes, nutrition, and culinary methods.
Creativity in plant-based menu development.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene & FSSAI guidelines.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage time effectively.
Excellent plating, presentation, and taste balance skills.
