About Vecmocon:

We are a Vehicle Intelligence & Analytics startup incubated at IIT Delhi working in the sustainable and clean mobility space. Vecmocon is making the EV ecosystem smart, connected and reliable by using its state-of-the-art solutions and data-centric approach, to drive the electric mobility and clean energy revolution in India. We make electric vehicles primarily 2W and 3W smart and connected using our IoT-enabled data analytics which helps EV players in making key business decisions. Founded by the alumni of IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and ISB, Vecmocon is backed by the renowned VC investors - Tiger Global and Blume Ventures.

About the job:

We are looking for an experienced key account manager to join our company. The key account manager responsibilities include handling the key customers we already have, maintaining good relationships with the clients. To be successful as a key account manager, you should demonstrate great active listening skills, patience, and confidence. Outstanding candidates are self-starters with superb networking abilities. This role would be based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Drive customer acquisition & partnerships with some of the largest EV players and battery companies in India.

2. Build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities in alignment with the company\'s business objectives.

3. Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the new and existing accounts.

4. Nurture the prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem

5. Manage high levels of communication & transparency among the cross-functional teams.

6. Increase sales and distribution of Vecmocon\'s new and existing product portfolios.

7. The person should be flexible for travel around the area of Bangalore for sales related tasks.

Requirements:

1. B.tech from electronics is required and MBA would be preferred.

2. 5-10+ years of proven sales closing experience, preferably in EV based companies

3. Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships.

4. Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.

5. Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

6. Strong operational and analytical abilities, comfortable in working with data-driven solutions
