Designation- Validation Analyst

Total Experience- 1-2 years or Fresher

Location- Chandigarh (IT Park)

Educational Criteria- Either Graduation or Three-year Diploma in any stream with 10+2 (Commerce background would be given preference).

Technical Skills- International Business Support, Back-end non-voice process (Non-Technical), Validation/Indexing of data.

Good to have- Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word, Excellent Communication Skills.

Work Mode- WFO (5 days)

Working Shift- Evening shift (Starting From 6 pm)

Interview Criteria- 2 Rounds (Both Face to Face) +Aptitude Test + Typing Speed Test

Prefer- Male Candidates only

Note- Required to work on public holidays.

Job Role:

Validation of Digital Invoices

Purpose of role

Define the purpose of the role as best as possible.

Data Validation plays an integral role in the entire Scan & Capture cycle as the invoices to be delivered to the customer are thoroughly Validated by them .Data Validator has to make sure that the information being released to the customer post Manual Validation is accurate & have to immediately raise an alarm in case there is any abnormality being observed in Data Validation Cycle. Data Validator constantly explore the opportunities of improvements.

Scope of role

Define the scope of the role is possible.

Data Validation role is to ensure that the information is accurately captured in the system generated forms from customer provided documents like Invoices, Claims, Utility documents etc. Demonstrate & Deliver high standard of Service & Data Accuracy to our Scan & Capture Customers. The role has significant Data Accuracy responsibilities & a pivotal role to ensure continuous improvement in the Scan & Capture process.

Job Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Back-end non-voice process (non-technical)

\xc2\xb7 The candidate should be comfortable working on a target-based profile.

\xc2\xb7 The candidate should have basic computer knowledge including Excel.

\xc2\xb7 Must have good communication skills, a Logical thinker & a team player.

\xc2\xb7 Should be flexible working on weekends/public holidays and for 24*5 too as per business requirements

\xc2\xb7 Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement
