Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide safe, courteous, and efficient valet parking services to hotel guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional driving, parking, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure. Open car doors and assist guests with entry and exit. Help guests with luggage if required. Provide clear directions and information when needed.

Vehicle Handling

Drive and park guest vehicles safely and carefully. Ensure correct tagging and tracking of vehicles. Return vehicles promptly when requested. Park vehicles in designated areas as per hotel policy.

Safety & Security

Ensure vehicles are handled without damage. Follow all traffic and safety rules. Immediately report any damage or accidents. Keep parking areas neat, organized, and safe.

Record Keeping

Maintain valet tickets, log books, and parking records. Note any existing damage before parking vehicles.

Hotel Coordination

Coordinate with front desk, bell desk, and security. Assist during VIP arrivals, events, and peak hours.

Professional Conduct

Wear clean uniform and maintain grooming standards. Be polite, helpful, and respectful to all guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid LMV driving license. Minimum 2 years of driving experience (hotel or hospitality preferred). Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules. Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Basic English communication skills. Pleasant personality and guest-friendly attitude.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long hours. Ability to move quickly and lift light luggage if required.

Working Conditions

Shift duties including nights, weekends, and holidays. Outdoor and indoor working conditions.
