Position: UX/UI Trainer and Mentor Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month STRICTLY NO WORK FROM HOME Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Trainer and Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers. The primary responsibilities will include training students, conducting interactive sessions, managing batches, providing guidance and mentorship, and preparing students for placements in the industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deliver training and mentor students. Roles and responsibilities: 1. Conduct training sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions on UX/UI design principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices. 2. Create curriculum: Develop a comprehensive training curriculum based on industry standards and emerging trends in UX/UI design. 3. Mentor students: Guide and mentor students individually and in groups, addressing their queries, providing feedback on their work, and helping them improve their skills. 4. Manage batches: Coordinate and manage multiple batches of students, ensuring effective learning outcomes and timely progress. 5. Assess student performance: Evaluate and assess students\' progress through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them enhance their abilities. 6. Placement preparation: Prepare students for industry placements by providing insights into interview techniques, portfolio building, and industry expectations. 7. Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in UX/UI design, industry practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the training curriculum. 8. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other trainers, instructors, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and streamlined learning experience for students. 9. Maintain training materials: Continuously update and improve training materials, presentations, and resources to reflect industry changes and provide the best learning experience. 10. Provide support: Address student queries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment. Requirements: 1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. 3. Proficiency in industry-standard UX/UI design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma. 4. In-depth knowledge of UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices. 5. Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. 6. Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars, preferably in the field of UX/UI design. 7. Ability to manage multiple batches of students, cater to their individual needs, and provide mentorship to help them achieve their career goals. 8. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed in their UX/UI design careers. 9. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 10. A strong commitment to personal and professional growth, staying updated with industry trends and advancements. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
