Innovation Strategist Location: City, State (or remote) Who We Are Revel and Infogain work with the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest companies on some of their most critical IP\xe2\x80\x94their brand and products. We design and build human-centered digital platforms that create more authentic, meaningful connections with customers. It\'s an AI-enabled, multi-edge world out there, and Infogain is going to lead it.
We are continuing to grow our \'Product Innovation & Experience Design\' team in Seattle and Bengaluru, including a breadth of specializations in Design Research, Behavioral Science, UX Design and UI Design. We are excited about reimagining the future of design, in an AI-enabled, multi-edge world. Who You Are The Innovation Strategist is responsible for architecting human-centered innovation in every project they take on. This includes setting the stage for the art of possible with digital inspirations, connecting the right dots to create future state concepts, analyzing viability of the concepts at different stages of the innovation cycle, and defining the right metrics to measure and evaluate performance of the concepts post launch. The strategist takes ownership from the initial dialogue of vision casting phase and contributes during ideation and design phases.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: ? Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a strategic digital mindset while deciphering client\xe2\x80\x99s business models, industry specific trends, and market intelligence ? Keep track of emerging digital trends, digital innovations, tech shows (e.g., Microsoft Inspire/Ignite, Facebook\xe2\x80\x99s F8, Google I/O) and stay abreast of the digital innovations landscape ? Think strategically, anticipate future digital trends and potential opportunities (disruptive or incremental) relevant for our clients along with a strong call to action. Your goal is to bring the client along the journey and inspire them to take a specific action you recommend ? Develop innovative concepts & solutions (e.g., reimagine or create new products or services, platforms, or ecosystems) to business challenges or opportunities that maximize financial impact, while mitigating the potential risk of becoming irrelevant ? Manage pieces of innovation engagements, including leading teams in research and quantitative analysis ? Apply fact-based, hypothesis-driven, analytically rigorous models to assess viability & feasibility of the innovative concepts and produce recommendations that will guide the engagement team and clients on future course of action ? Develop points of view, whitepapers etc. on mega trends specific to an industry and/or common across multiple industries, and on new emerging technologies like Computer Vision, Metaverse, Brain Computer Interface etc. ? Be a role model to attract, engage and retain talented team of strategists and futurists who can continuously improve and transform the way we apply digital led innovation
