Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.

• Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and user flows.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user experiences.

• Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to all designs.

• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability testing.

• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UX Designer (2-5 years recommended) with a strong portfolio of digital products.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Ability to conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights.

• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and justify design decisions.

• Familiarity with UI design and visual design principles.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Interest in emerging areas like AI-driven UX, conversational interfaces, or agentic AI-driven user flows.
