PROFILE SUMMARY JOB TITLE: UX Design Faculty COMPANY: ImaginXP INDUSTRY: Education Technology
COMPENSATION:

• For Freshers - ?4,80,000 to ?6,50,000 (Based on the merit, background, experience, qualification & additional certifications and their performance in the various rounds of hiring process).
• For Candidates with experience - As per the industry standards, based on merit and their performance in the various rounds of hiring process.

(Candidates with strong profiles as per the Qualification matrix and exhibiting exceptional performance in the hiring rounds would be offered a package higher than the fixed packages of ?6,50,000 LPA) LOCATION: Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Dehradun, Noida, Laxmangarh, Raipur, Mangalore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Chennai, Gobindgarh, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, Permanent Following Qualification Backgrounds would be considered as eligibility (Fresher/Experienced):

• B.Des + M.Des - Specialization in UX/Interaction/Communication/Product/Industrial/Interior/Textile
• Graduation in any stream + MDes in UX/Interaction/Communication/Product/Industrial/Interior/Textile + Relevant Design Teaching experience
• Graduation in any stream + MDes in UX/Interaction/Communication/Product/Industrial/Interior/Textile
• B.Des (Any relevant stream) + Relevant Design Teaching experience

A relevant Design Academics experience would be a value addition. ABOUT THE COMPANY & THE ROLE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Classroom Teaching and Facilitation of foundational subjects of User Experience Design
• Leading the academic delivery of UX Design programs at ImaginXP's partnered universities
• Entitled for the delivery and facilitation of programs like B.Des - UX, M.Des - UX, B.Tech UX , & BCA UX
• Curriculum Content Creation
• Conducting workshops/Master classes in UX Design, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Communication Design, Industrial Design, and the relevant subject matters
• Mentoring and preparing students for Internships and Placements
• Adhering to Partnered University Norms of Examination, Evaluation and other Important academic administration
• Mentoring students for live projects, assignments, personal guidance, and counseling. Extending offline personal support to students for feedback and doubt resolution
• Maintaining class records and other relevant academic data
• Final student assessment and evaluating final scores/credit score and relevant submissions the University
• Liaison with ImaginXP Academic Head and Dean of partnered University
