We are looking for UX / UI designer with Good Salary + Incentives + Other Facilities Qualification : Any design related field , Any Degree in Design , Any Degree , Any Master Degree in Design , Any Master Degree Ability to articulate a user experience in the forms of wire frames , interactive demos and assets that lead to consumer insights. Demonstrable graphic design skills with expert knowledge of user experience design best practice , and interactive design fundamentals. Ability to consume a conceptual design of the users experience and translate those needs into specific requirements for production. Ability to follow through and see projects to completion , working independently and as a team. Strong ability to communicate ideas through mock - ups , wireframes flow diagrams and prototypes. Strong ability to partner with Consumer Insights and provide rapid prototype assets and leadership around potential UX and UI designs. The person should be hands on Photoshop and other design tools , and should be able to come up with modular design. Ability to demonstrate a keen understanding of the target audience and the motivations that lead to deeper consumer engagement. HeShe would be responsible for developing innovative , reusable Web - based tools for progressive online activism and community building. Skills: 4 - 10 years professional experience in similar roles. Expert in Photoshop , Illustrator and / or Sketch design tools Bachelors or Masters in Design or a related field , or significant equivalent experience.
