Responsibility of User Happiness Officer Role: User Happiness Officer As a User Happiness Officer, I am responsible for end-to-end customer experience and customer happiness in each journey of interaction. I am passionate about sports and service-oriented and is able to make decisions to enhance customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle inbound and outbound post-order customer queries through calls and emails
- Work with a team of the team to take data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience
- Ensuring customer queries and issues are given end solution
- Maintain customer satisfaction and be extremely service-oriented
