EXPERIENCE Duties you\'ll be entrusted with: Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Provide concept analysis and offer insights aimed at improving enterprise UI and maximizing digital product potential. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Minimum qualification: Bachelor\'s degree or more in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email. Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc. Technical Skills Proficient knowledge and hands-on coding experience in Figma Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) Understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation. Make architectural decisions to make the application more modular and performant. Soft Skills A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content. Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
