Job Overview We are looking for a User Experience Designer who is motivated to craft delightful experiences for web and mobile applications. As a User Experience Designer, you\'ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You\'ll collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, software architects and engineers to develop beautiful, innovative and usable applications that people love to use. Responsibilities and Duties: Understand AI application development and business process automation Design, build, and deliver high quality user experiences. Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to guide design and development Advocate for users and user-centered design processes Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently Bring more value to our customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in UX Design. A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile applications or platforms. Experience in working collaboratively with product managers and software engineers to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions and follow through execution. Experience in prototyping your own designs using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD. Expert level skills and knowledge in any one software tool is a must. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate designs. Experience in a Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical company is a plus but not mandatory
