Job Description

The Sales Manager for the International SDR Team (US Shift) is responsible for leading a team of SDRs focused on outbound international sales targeting the US market. The role ensures high performance in daily outreach, lead qualification using the BANT framework, pipeline development, and smooth deal handovers. The manager will coach, monitor, and drive team effectiveness while being accountable for CRM discipline, process adherence, and achievement of revenue-related goals.

Provide mentorship, support, and performance coaching to SDRs to enhance effectiveness and morale.

2.
Track daily metrics and conversions to ensure SDRs meet expected sales outcomes.

3.
Enforce accurate use of CRM and ensure adherence to qualification frameworks like BANT.

4.
Oversee SDR pipeline to ensure progression, quality, and smooth handover to Account Managers.

5.
Align team efforts with broader sales strategies through communication and process improvements.

1. Team Leadership & Coaching:

i. Conduct daily team huddles and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

ii. Review individual performance and provide targeted coaching.

iii. Organize weekly training to improve qualification and demo skills.

2. Performance Monitoring:

i. Monitor call volumes, connected calls, and SQL conversions daily.

ii. Analyze daily reports to track rep-wise performance.

iii. Provide actionable feedback based on performance trends.

3. Process Governance:

i. Audit CRM updates for completeness and accuracy.

ii. Ensure adherence to BANT criteria across all SQLs.

iii. Resolve inconsistencies in lead data or handover notes.

4. Pipeline Management:

i. Review SDR pipeline health weekly with data and trends.

ii. Coordinate with QA team for feedback incorporation.

iii. Support team in pushing late-stage leads toward closure.

5. Strategic Collaboration:

i. Share insights and team feedback in leadership syncs.

ii. Align SDR execution with campaign goals.

iii. Drive implementation of enhancements and process changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹257,122.10 - ₹1,800,000.76 per year
