Call Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Needs to be experienced, self-driven and motivated Voice Agent . \xe2\x97\x8f He/She will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls \xe2\x97\x8f Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner \xe2\x97\x8f Following the provided \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics \xe2\x97\x8f Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve best possible conversion rate \xe2\x97\x8f Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile \xe2\x97\x8f Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything. Requirement \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (US accent) and written communication Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Versant 6 Certified \xe2\x97\x8f Track record of over-achieving quota \xe2\x97\x8f Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening \xe2\x97\x8f Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively Educational Qualification Requirement \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum Graduate in any stream Desired Experience \xe2\x97\x8f 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US) \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in Health Care or Mass Tort Domain Preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9640,000.00 per month Day range:
