Job Description
Title: US Recruitment Healthcare Recruiter As a US Recruitment Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals who have interest in contract assignments, persuasively presenting information about these assignment opportunities, maintaining long-lasting relationships, and growing a successful business. Your prior experience in sales, recruiting, account management or staffing will fast-track your success. Additional responsibilities include:
- Prospecting our company supplied database of healthcare professional leads by maintaining a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, texts, and emails while staying well organized.
- Vetting and qualifying prospective healthcare professionals.
- Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to persuasively present job opportunities including hospital assignment details, location, compensation, and benefits to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals by providing superior customer service before, during and after each assignment.
- Growing the number of healthcare professionals on assignment and under your management by meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment goals
