As an Associate in US Product Implementation , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will partner and interface with senior stakeholders across Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Development, Administration, ETF Platform and Technology as well as internal and third-party vendors that provide various services to the Funds. Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Independently lead implementation of fund and client-driven initiatives & manage the end-to-end life cycle for large scale, fairly complex and multi-faceted business initiatives falling within the strategic pipeline.
• Assemble identifiers ( Legal Entity Identifier , Global Entity Management System , CUSIP and Ticker) from internal and external counterparties to prepare for fund, sleeve and share class related initiatives.
• Work closely with the Corporate Investment Bank in administering market openings for fund launches and will compile all the required documentation, prior to execution, for different markets such as Egypt, India, and Denmark, among others.
• Will be responsible for renewing Legal Entity Identifier and Global Entity Management System identifiers on an annual basis and manage Portfolio Manager changes based off of Fund update emails.
• Secure, lead, motivate and inspire the internal and external resources required to deliver the program and effectively deliver business outcomes for internal and external clients
• Establish the project\'s governance structure & effectively manage communication with senior business leaders.
• Understand the inherent risks of funds including those related to its investment strategies and securities to which it invests; ensure a proper control environment is in place.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 7 -8 years of Asset Management and fund industry
• Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail, problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and to take complete ownership of all assigned tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated and can execute in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of the team

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Preferably a CFA
• Preferably holding experience with registered investment companies and a demonstrated knowledge of various fund structures
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
