You must have excellent customer service skills You must have multi-tasking abilities You must have problem-solving skills You must be good at managing data in Google Spreadsheets We are looking for an Operations Scheduler who establishes, maintains, and reviews schedules to match available staff to security posts. The Scheduler ensures every work shift and position is properly staffed. The position will distribute schedules, contact and (re)deploy staff to fill call-outs, and responds to schedule changes and client requests. Specific Role & Responsibilities: Create and maintain consistent schedules for officers Interpret compliance policy and procedures for officers Communicate with personnel regarding schedules, sites, and post orders Analyze, communicate, and schedule personnel based on post orders Update/input post orders and other information into Spreadsheets / Scheduling Software Ensure all post orders have been reviewed by staff Assign sites and/or staff due to officer call-outs and fill in assignments due to last-minute call notifications. Create and manage a robust on-call and relief officer list Assist Human Resources and monitor that all officers are current with licenses and permits Assist Human Resources with officer recruitment and retention Develop and maintain daily reports on officers regarding work hours, request for leave, and time off requests. Follow proper notification/escalation procedures Requirements: MUST have previous Experience in Fluently communicating with US Based Clients Excellent Multi-Tasking capability Detail oriented, reliable Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets Ability to perform basic mathematical computations Strong data entry skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to understand company policies and procedures Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced/high-volume environment Maintain a professional demeanor Ability to work under pressure Salary: Up to INR 35,000 CTC per month Job Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home) Shift Timings: Nigh Shifts
