Roles & Responsibilities :

- The position reports into the Director of Finance at Pretium. The position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting on financial/operational performance of India/US operations of Pretium Enterprise Services (PES).

Skills & Competencies required :

- Work with PES leadership, and Pretium operating company stakeholders to gather budgeting/forecasting inputs.

- Develop and maintain rolling budget/forecast models for both India and US operations.

- Update budget/forecast models periodically in sync with Pretium calendar.

- Produce periodic variance analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast.

- Liaise with Pretium operating companies; explain/bridge the gap between actual allocations/billing and budgets. Work extensively with the Finance department and provide constructive feedback on improvements with respect to billing/allocation process.

- Respond to any queries received with respect to budgets/ allocations/billing and any variance thereof.

- Co-ordinate, consolidate and report on data/metrics related to PES\'s operating performance.

- Single point of contact for addressing all data/reporting requests related to PES.

- Prepare presentations for various levels of Management Team.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & relevant experience

- CA/MBA from a premier management institute, majoring in Finance.

- Four to six years of work-ex in FP&A post CA/MBA.

- Excellent numerical, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with people across cultures, time zones and geographies.

- Demonstrated ability of having directly worked with senior leadership personnel, preferably across geographies.

- Ability to work and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
