Responsible for New Hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires and hiring managers.
Assist with Onboarding automation efforts for pre-boarding activities ensuring that all activities are completed as per the global timelines.
Create an engaging environment, coordinate with IT for system requirements. Act as a point of contact to identify any challenges or delays in the process and highlight these to management and hiring managers.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders in the onboarding process (IT, Global Security, GHR)
Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follow up on administrative details within or across divisions.
Handles confidential and sensitive information
Manage any project related initiatives as and when required
Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems
Manage queries, issues and escalations.
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:
Experience in new hire onboarding process for North America and Canada region is preferred.
Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 oral and written
Attention to detail in all aspects for work
Strong stakeholder management (Global & Local) skills are a must.
Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel) using various functions.
Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems.

Education Specification:
