Identifying job requirements

Sourcing and screening candidates

: Use job portals, internal systems, and networking to find candidates

Conducting interviews

: Set up interviews between candidates and employers

Managing the hiring process

: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding

Understanding the company

: Work with clients to understand their business and target audience

Finding candidates

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
