Job description We are hiring US IT Recruiters for our Noida Location. Experience: 0 to 3 Year Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Work Location: Noida Sec 62. Shift Timings: US Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) : Sourcing and screening of Profiles from Internal Portal, Job Portals, Personal networking, and other mediums. Understand the client needs and responding them in providing Quality Submissions on time. Coordinating interviews for the shortlisted candidates. Negotiation of Pay Rates with the consultants. Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and anticipated requirements. Required Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must possess good listening skills, Multitasking ability, Time management skills, Quick learner, and Team working ability. Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time. Should be a good negotiator. Willingness to learn and grow within the industry. Willing to work in night shift. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 921,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
