Job description: Identify candidates as per the job requirements by studying job description and qualifications. Search resume from different sources like job portals, groups, references, networking sites etc. as required. Maintain and communicate candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis. Submit right candidates (US Citizens, Green Cards and H1Bs) for the requirements as per Client need.
