Company website: https://falcontechservices.com/ Job Summary: Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: Min. 1 year in US/ IT Staffing Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US SHIFTS) Location: Nagpur (Work From Office Only) Strictly CTC: As per company norms Roles and Responsibilities Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers. Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment processes. Thorough Assessment of candidate\'s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as: Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML etc. Sourcing quality resumes for our direct client using a multitude of sourcing techniques like job boards, job postings, groups, social media, etc. Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, Crop to Crop). Interview scheduling & reference check. Understanding the requirements of the clients. Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn. Good to have experience working on VMS requirements. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. Coordinating with the team to resolve clients/ candidate queries. Desired Candidate Profile Any graduate or post graduation needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements & Good Communications Skills. Aspirants to have strong communication and comprehension ability. Understanding of US Recruitment Cycle, Tax Terms, Work Status etc. Ensures that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Self-motivated and team player. Candidates who are interested to work with start-up at higher managerial level and responsible to the team.
