Title: US HR Operations Specialist
Experience : 4 to 7 Years
Working Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM.
Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

• Performing end to end on boarding process for all W2, C2C, 1099 consultants. Includes Offer management to Offboarding.
• Initiating and Handling Background Checks to the talents using different BGC portals [epends on the client requirement.
• Finding the gaps and disagreements in onboarding process and escalating it as appropriate.
• Performing I-9 verification and E-verify.
• Performing HR functions like on boarding, off-boarding, Conversions, Payrates, Promotions, Transfers, etc.
• Demonstrating Benefits to all the eligible employees and enrolling them for the benefits.
• Preparing, reviewing contracts and client agreements to execute them for on boarding.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program aligned to providing inputs to the payroll process.
• Good knowledge on Immigration process and working experience with various Visa types.
