Job Description



We are hiring experienced professionals for our

US Voice Process

specializing in

Collections and Customer Service

. The role involves interacting with US customers to resolve account issues, negotiate payments, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Outbound calls for

US collections

and payment follow-ups Inbound customer service support for

billing, disputes, and account queries

Negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts Ensure

FDCPA compliance

and client-specific quality standards Maintain accurate documentation in

CRM / Dialer systems

Provide first-call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum

1 year experience in US Collections or US Customer Service

Strong spoken

English communication (US accent preferred)

Knowledge of

FDCPA regulations

and compliance standards Experience working in

BPO / KPO / International Call Centers

Comfortable working

night shifts (US timings)

Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, CRM tools, and Dialers


Preferred Experience



Third-party

US Collections (Pre-charge-off / Post-charge-off)

Financial services, billing, or accounts receivable background Experience with

payment portals, auto dialers, and CRM software
