They have successfully fulfilled the Government Incentives Advisory requirements of large number of units. Job Responsibilities: - Team Management & People Development. Monitoring implementation of sales strategy and achieving sales and revenue targets. Able to delegate work to team appropriately and monitor their performance regularly. Able to launch and establish new services successfully in collaboration with the marketing team. Meet the targeted number of clients on a consistent basis/ Go for the requisite number of calls on a daily basis. Able to monitor, evaluate and communicate effective sales management. Arrange Training session for team if required. Acquire new customers and build relationships with both existing and new customers. Skills Requirements: - Master degree in business administration or a related field Successful previous experience as a sales manager.
