Program Development: Design and create training materials, modules, manuals, and presentations (e-learning or in-person).
: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires (onboarding) and existing employees. : Manage new employee induction, covering company culture, policies, and job expectations. & Reporting: Assess training effectiveness through tests and feedback, reporting results to management, and making improvements. : Keep training materials updated with current HR trends and best practices. * Coaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees, addressing concerns and promoting growth.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure training initiatives support overall business objectives.
