Job Description

? Develop sales process and strategy for the market and ensure attainment of company
sales goals and profitability.
? Work closely with other divisions to identify opportunities to cross sell lubricants into
existing customers.
? Works closely with Workshops and Groups.
? Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
? Maintain company contact information and document all sales calls, customers visits and
business opportunities; Coordinate and complete profile information as needed;
? Review, understand and use monthly revenue and receivable reports; Maintain daily
awareness of sales activities and results;
? Obtain a minimum yearly goal in new business accounts. Coordinate customer visits with
operational or other sales specialists as needed;
? Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
? Provides timely reports to immediate heads.
? Maintains sales and activity reports.
? Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing,
referral development and other sales training.
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and ensures that they are
communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Specifications
? A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
? Strong sales track record
? Sound knowledge of the downstream oil industry, products and services
? Sales and Marketing Management skills
? Communication, Negotiation & Persuasion skills
? Client service amp; delivery focus
? Highly motivated and results driven
? Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
? Ability to work independently and under pressure
