Position Name: DISPATCH OFFICER

Experience- 3-5YRS
Education : GRADUATE
General Description

• Maintain all dispatch related work for supply.
• Dispatch & packing planning as per Work order received.
• Devising efficient Logistics Management System, custom Clearance to ensure deilivery of finished goods as per committed timelines and cost.
• Provide logistical support for inventory control stores & shortage management.
• Negotiate with the vendors & track the cost -effective method.
• Claim damages if any, Coordinate with the vendor & get the claim settlement on timely manner.
• Negotiation with Logistics companies.
• Maintain Daily Report to ensure the stock of company.
• Co - ordination with Transporters , Agents & Party for timely loading and unloading.
• Co - ordination and Co - operation with Quality Control & Production Department of present stock for timely delivery.

Dispatch & packing planning as per Work order received.

• Packing and shipping and receiving and freight tracking inventory control.
• Identify the product before the packaging and then pack the material as per customer requirements.
• Forward the dispatch detail to accounts dept.for invoicing.
• Ensuring appropiate and accurate shipping and storage of all freight.
• Managing and training staff in Logistics

Skills Required

• Vendor development and Managemnet experience
• Experience in handling ERP based purchase and logistics.
• English Proficiency : Able to deal with more complex information/enquiries and to present routine information clealy and logically.
• Basic IT skills.Local Language: Able to commnicate fluently in the local language.
• Time Management Skills : Punctual and able to meet deadlines / keep to a schedule.
