**Immediate joiners required for Investment banking sector recruitment Orcapod is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the Investment Banking sector. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring candidates with Order to Cash (O to C), Procurement to Pay (P to P), FPNA (Financial Planning and Analysis), Record to Report (R to R) Opening : Associate/Sr. Associate in Investment Banking experience. Experience : 2 to 7 years in NON-IT only This position is a permanent work-from-home, full-time opportunity with flexible hours. **ONLY Female candidates can apply **Only NON IT recruitment experience is required **Gaps and career breaks are accepted Key Responsibilities: Source and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals Screen and assess resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with successful candidates Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Requirements: Personal Laptop (windows 10 operating system) + strong Wi-Fi connection + power back up is mandatory ( NO Desktops) Work Schedule: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off Location: Anywhere in India Salary and Benefits: Salary: Anywhere between 10,000 to 17,000 per month (depending on prior relevant experience) Gross salary (10 % TDS deduction) + incentives + mobile phone bill reimbursement on post-paid connection only ** The exact salary will be offered once the second interview is done Interview Process: Online Test Round 1: Video Call Round 2: Video Call Document Submission HR Round Background verification Orcapod is an IT-industry focused staffing and recruitment company, with operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and NCR.
