Leading and supervising Food & Beverage (F&B) service staff, ensuring high-quality guest service, managing daily operations on the restaurant floor, coordinating with other departments like the kitchen, handling guest complaints, overseeing inventory, and assisting the Restaurant Manager with staff schedules and training.
Ensure all guests receive a high level of service by monitoring F&B operations and consistently implementing service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Lead and mentor F&B staff, including servers and stewards, conduct pre-shift meetings, and provide ongoing training to maintain service quality and enforce hotel policies.
Greet and assist guests, address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, report needs for new supplies and equipment, and ensure adequate stock for service operations.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the dining environment to maintain a safe and clean space.
