Urgent hiring for BDM -Sales for Kolhapur ,Nashik Nagpur, Sambhaji Nagar, Jaipur Experience- 3 to 8 Ctc- Maxi 7 lpa Location- Kolhapur Nashik Nagpur , Sambhaji Nagar, Jaipur Company Website- www.lafitlighting.com Responsibilities: Responsible for sales and business development for the assigned territory via channel sales and projects Interface with Builders / Architects / Contractors / Engineers to understand there lighting requirements and give them techno-commercial solutions Handling retail territory of Pune / Ahmednagar / Nashik / Dhule / Nandurbar / Jalgaon / Aurangabad. Building brand value by doing Architects meet / electrician meet/Exhibitions Identify, recruit and on board new channel partners within assigned territory Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness Address channel partner related issues, sales conflict and pricing related issues in a timely manner Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and targets Identify new dealers and distributors across assigned territory and evaluating their performances Identify market competition and modify new features and technicality Determining product pricing by utilizing market research data ; sales cost and volume Preparing & Executing business plans and promotional activities, schemes. Visiting all dealers and distributors and providing updates on new and upcoming products
