• Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
• Perform analysis on key performance indicators and make recommendations based on to-date performance.
• Lead generation and development of new business.
• Dealing with clients and efficiently handling their queries.
• Serve as a contact point for key customers and internal teams.
• Suggest solutions that answer client needs and wants.
• Demonstrating good communication, presentation, selling, and deal closing skills.
• Make new clientele and handle geographical expansion.
• Must establish good contact.
