Business Planning
Drives business planning process by aligning all functions on budget requirements based on
expected returns from sales and aligns other function's plan accordingly
Collaborates with all functions to consolidate short-term and long-term targets to ensure accurate
and timely completion of Mid Term Business planning process
Analyses and interprets business performance on sustainability index and other ratios, aligned to
accounting standards, and ensure uniformity in reporting .
Simulates and recommends improvements to the Business Plan through analysis of organizational
KPIs/ KRIs to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
Communicates information and clarifications with various stake holders.
Prepares and submits business plan (projections & strategy) to parent.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
