Business Performance:
Focus on increasing sales productivity, premium collection, case rates, and policy persistency. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and manage the team's performance.
Compliance and Quality:
Ensure 100% adherence to all company processes, sales practices, and regulatory guidelines from authorities like the IRDAI. Maintain a focus on sourcing high-quality, profitable business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular reports to senior management.
