As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring for experienced Application Support Engineer (L1/L2) to be deployed at our client site, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services.Job Details
  • Experience required- Minimum 3 years of experience in L1/L2 Application Support and operations
  • CTC Bracket- Max upto 10 LPA
  • Qualification- BE/B.Tech/ Graduation in computer stream.
  • Location- Noida (WFO - 5 days)
  • Shift: 24x7 support (Rotational shift)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)
Mandatory Skills
  • Must have experience in Application Support,Unix, and SQL.
  • Basic knowledge Kubernetes
Job Responsibilities:
  • Flexible and solely able to support Operations in 24x7 in an enterprise multi-cultural OpCo environment on rotation basis.
  • Ensure that escalated issues are prioritised accordingly and handled efficiently providing a timely response and effective resolution as per ITIL framework.
  • Monitoring, analysing, researching and resolving issues and partner queries for all Airtel Money applications.
  • Identify recurring problem areas to target with focussed training and input into application enhancement and automations.
  • Prompt logging of identified or reported issues in the Airtel Money\'s ticketing tool (JIRA).
  • Maintain KEDB and internal documentation over central repository (Confluence).
  • Working closely with Operation Managers, Application Leads and local OpCos to ensure 100% system availability.
  • Ability to understand service architecture and operational parameters, to effectively manage and handle critical problems/complex issues.
Required Skills:
  • Good in Unix, SQL and Application Support
  • Basic knowledge Kubernetes and Microservices Architecture
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to cope under pressure and juggle priorities
  • Strong in monitoring, log-analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to escalate and resolve business/operational issues
Certification:Certification in ITIL would be a plus
