• Ensure that the chargers installed on sites across the city are checked on regular intervals
• Audit and report sites which do not comply with the defined branding or working guidelines
• Report issues correctly to the relevant team members within stipulated time
• Validate if the resolved issues are fixed on the given sites
• Follow all defined processes to ensure operational targets are met
• Ensure targets in terms of quality of work, turnaround time and overall customer satisfaction
• Well versed with basic mobile apps and Google forms
• Fluent in the local language and basic English speaking skills
