Required Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree (MA / MPhil / PhD) in

Political Science

or

Public Administration

from a reputed institution. Proven teaching experience for UPSC (CSE) Prelims, Mains, or Optional subjects. Strong command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken). Familiarity with UPSC exam trends, paper patterns, and answer writing techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Political Science & Public Administration Faculty to join our UPSC teaching team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the UPSC syllabus, strong conceptual clarity, and the ability to simplify complex topics for aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

high-quality in-class and online lectures

(minimum 5 hours per day) for UPSC (CSE) aspirants. Design and structure the syllabus for

Political Science & International Relations (PSIR)

and

Public Administration

according to the latest UPSC trends. Prepare and evaluate

test series, answer writing practice

, and provide personalized feedback to students. Develop comprehensive

study material, handouts, and current affairs notes

relevant to the subjects. Conduct

doubt-solving sessions

and mentor students for Mains and Optional papers. Stay updated with current political developments, government policies, and relevant issues.
Collaborate with the content and academic teams to maintain

academic quality and consistency
