Upgrad Associate Director Contracts (7 11 Yrs)
Job Description
1. Overseeing and leading the contracts management team across group companies (including international)
2. Streamlining contract management processes and using technology/platforms to manage high volume of contracts
3. Managing IP related matters
4. Drafting all consumer facing documentation
5. Ability to deal with new areas of laws and regulations with quick turnaround time for areas affected or vulnerable
6. Execute strategy set for managing advertising challenges
7. Identify and assess risks and opportunities for the business
8. Enthusiastic approach towards conducting learning and development initiatives for the internal stakeholders to improve user experience
9. Ability to work under pressure and within service level agreements committed
10. Team player with open mindset to learn and unlearn as per the requirement
11. Strong ethical mindset with non-negotiable work ethics
12. Capable of managing large team
13. Good business acumen
14. Good negotiation skills
15. Articulate with excellent communication skills
Qualifications - Law graduate with minimum 7+ years of experience (at least 3+ years in house)
