Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership: Ensure profitable P&L through effective business delivery leading to strong collections & renewals, revenue growth through cross/upsell, and optimal cost structures
Team Management: Set-up and manage a PAN-India diverse team to ensure business delivery across functions, including Academic Excellence, KAMs/Customer Success Managers, Operations, Pre-sales, Marketing/ Brand Solutions for School Enablement, Teacher Trainers & Mentors
Pre-sales: Manage a team of specialists to work with sales team for new school closures
Business Process Management: Design and implement scalable processes across 1,000's of schools to ensure program implementation and business outcomes
Operations: On-ground implementation of the business needs & defined processes to achieve target KPIs
Customer Satisfaction: Own NPS across all schools to enable strong renewals and referrals in the school ecosystem
Product messaging and Brand Solutions for School Enablement: Conceptualise and implement marketing initiatives/events to create buzz, showcase learning outcomes and influence stakeholders across online & offline channels
Evangelism: Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the business
Market, customer, and competitive analysis: Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
Key Requirements:
Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 6 to 10 years of experience
Proven experience of managing P&L and leading business operations at scale
A go-getter attitude with complete ownership & accountability
Execution oriented mindset and adaptable to changing requirements
Strong problem solving, analytical mindset, and independent decision making
Past experience of setting-up and managing big teams
Excellent communication & presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
Travel across geographies whenever required
Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks and deliver business outcomes
B2B Edtech/Startup and Strategy consulting experience preferred but not mandatory
