Skills Linux and HPUX Administration Cluster Administrator Customer handling Clustering solution Should have stong knowledge on HPUX and Linux Administration should have experience in handling Linux HPUX and should be having hands on experience in handling High Availability Cluster Environment Willingness to work in 24x7 shift and high demanding environment Willing to work 24 7 Day to day pro active monitoring Administration and maintenance of Red Hat Enterprise and SUSe Linux servers and HPUX servers covering areas under user maintenance File system maintenance and LVM and cluster Administration of Oracle T4 systems and Oracle Linux Configuration of NFS Auto FS Performance monitoring the system CPU Memory Disk space LAN detail by system process resource manager I O by file system I O by device I O by logical volume I O CPU statistics with iostat Virtual Memory statistics with vmstat check process with ps Mirror UX LVM Mirroring with striping for HP UX 11i Software Management Kernel Parameter Tuning for Linux and HP UX Writing Shell Scripts for process Automation Troubleshooting and maintenance of Servers Security updates and Patch management Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and DR processes Handling MC Service Guard and Red Cluster suites fiber multi path for various operating systems apart from documentation and troubleshooting of various processes Writing Shell Scripts for process Automation Troubleshooting and maintenance of Servers Setting up Cron Jobs for Sheduled activities Vendor Co ordination for hardware related problems Sever performace monitoring Cluster Administration Server incident management using HP Openview monitoring tool Patching RHEL SuSE and HP UX servers to latest recommended patches Co ordinating with different dba and application team to solve their issues Migration of servers from old hardware SD64000 to two SD32B Superdome Migration of service guard cluster from 11 13 to 11 16 Mirroring of old data and then mounting on to the new servers on server level Cloning of hp ux servers using ignite through network Migrating SD64000 servers to new rp4440 8 servers Designing the rp4440 8 server so that it could accommodate two vpars in it Designing SD32B superdome creating npar and vpar s on it Configuring Ignite ux server and configuring ignite clients Configuring two node service guard cluster Configuring HP APA Configuring and installing networker client Support DBA team and Application team Performing Root Cause Analysis in case of issues Knowledge on performance report collection Knowledge on Hardening the OS HP Service Guard Cluster Administrator Knwoledge of Ansible Azure and AWS is preferable.
